Originally in 1996 the Twilight Cafe was purchased by Chef Robert Parks and the restaurant focus turned from pasta to the oak burning grill. The menu has continued to grow and now includes Italian, Thai, local seafood as well as a full low-carb and vegetarian menus.

Nature’s flavors are the key to the cuisine at Twilight Cafe featuring marinated and grilled broccoli served with every meal. People have become addicted to this totally original side dish.

Chef Parks is always on the look out for the newest and most interesting food products on the market, incorporating them nightly so that every dish on the menu is equally a favorite.
